Pingelly Project

The Pingelly Project covers approximately 206.5 km² in Western Australia’s South West Terrane, a rapidly emerging exploration frontier for critical minerals such as nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), platinum group elements (PGE), lithium, and rare earth elements (REEs).

Positioned near the town of Pingelly, this project represents Greta Minerals Pte Ltd.’s strategic entry into a high-potential region defined by major crustal boundaries and tectonic structures, including the South West–Youanmi Terrane boundary and the Corrigin Tectonic Zone.

Regional Significance and New Exploration Paradigm

The project is guided by a new regional exploration model inspired by Chalice Mining’s world-class Julimar Ni-Cu-PGE discovery, which links terranes and crustal-scale boundaries with major mineralisation. These insights, supported by seismic, gravity, and magnetic datasets, have fundamentally reshaped exploration strategies across the Yilgarn Craton.

Targeting Strategy and Exploration Focus

The ground was secured in early 2022 after Impact Minerals (ASX: IPT) announced outstanding soil geochemistry results for battery and strategic metals, including:

Nickel-Copper-PGE systems
Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum (LCT) pegmatites
Rare Earth Elements (REEs)

Several of these critical mineral anomalies extend into the Pingelly Project area due to the interlocking geometry of tenement boundaries. Greta Minerals aims to verify and expand these targets using the UltraFine+™ geochemical analysis method, which is known for:
