He is a Postgraduate in Geology and MBA with about three decades of extensive global experience in Leadership Positions with reputed industrial establishments in India and abroad. As a Senior Mining and Business Development professional with international experience in Exploration, Mining, Business Development, Liaison, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He enjoys the challenge of being a Corporate Entrepreneur.
Throughout his career the focus has been on evaluation and acquisition of green field mining projects, exploration, resource estimation, planning, and development of mining business.

Tanvanth Sandhu, a commerce graduate from UWA in 1979 and a qualified chartered accountant, has built a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and advisor. After establishing a successful accounting practice, he transitioned into guiding and supporting various business ventures across industries, including sandalwood processing, land development, retail, agriculture, and mining & exploration. With over 20 years of focused expertise, Tan has played a pivotal role in shaping and driving numerous entrepreneurial endeavors.

A solutions-driven leader, he excels in strategic planning and prioritizing exploration projects based on sound geological, technical, and economic principles.
